More photos!

I have acquired some extra time to day to spend uploading photos.

I don't have much to put into words right now except that I am coming to realize that my life will never be the same.

Greetings From India!

Hey everyone! sorry for the delay, we have been very busy. We finally made it here a few days ago and we stayed in Chennai, in Southern India, for a day http://maps.google.co.in/maps?hl=en&tab=wl then took a buss ride to a smaller village near the southern tip of India. We will be here for 2 more days so hopefully I can make some more posts.
It's amazing here, I'm really enjoying being in a radically different culture... so much Chaos... But somehow the people still manage to be so kind. The internet here is not fast at all so It is impossible to upload any video, which I was planning on doing and the pictures upload very slow also, I only had time to upload 1... but its my favorite.

In Chennai -

The Children are some of the most unique, creative, and happy kids I have ever seen. It Amazes me that even in the impoverished way that they live, especially like the photo above, which was taken on a street filled with trash, pollution, and human waste. They still find time to play and enjoy life. I think we could learn a lot from this.
I have to run to dinner, but tomorrow I hope to be able to spend more time uploading pictures. All is well here, and so I hope there.
Nameste.

2 All Beef Patties on a Sesame Seed Bun

When I started this journey 6 months ago I wasn't completely sure that I would be going to India. Thank you, everyone who helped me get to where I am right now. You have changed my life.

I just took a shower, with hot water, and I used shampoo...and I'm planning on stopping at McDonald's on the way to the air port for one last cheese burger... here comes Culture Shock.

Very soon I'll be on an airplane. Albuquerque to Atlanta, Atlanta to Paris, Paris to Bangalore, Bangalore to Chennai. In 29 hrs I'll be in a different world, and I can't wait. Lots more to come so stay updated.

I will make another post as soon as the opportunity arises. Wish me safe travels.
Just for fun, a "Before" India picture. Cheers.

When In Santa Fe

I bummed around Santa Fe this Weekend              with some of the SGLA Peeps...
        We tried some different fundraising
             techniques, not all successful,
but with no shortage of fun.

When No one was interested in buying
raffle tickets we just decided to drum!

Lots of new friends and visions of amazing experiences to come in the near future. It is going to be intense, to say the least.
